Event FAQs

  • Do RSVPs save seats or reserve spots for Kids?

RSVPs help us plan for the number of people attending, but they do not save or guarantee seats in the auditorium, nor do they reserve spots in Echoes Kids classrooms. Seating and kids check-in are first come, first served, so we recommend arriving early.

  • Why should I RSVP if it doesn’t reserve a seat?

RSVPs give us a clearer picture of which services may be more full, allowing us to create the best possible experience for you and your family. It also gives you a sense of which service times might offer a little more breathing room.

  • When should I arrive?

Plan to arrive 20–30 minutes early, especially if you’re checking in kids or want to enjoy the activities before service.

  • What will there be to enjoy outside of the service?

Photo booths, a petting zoo, treats, Christmas crafts, and fun moments for the whole family.

  • Is there something for my kids?

Yes—Echoes Kids is available at all services for ages 6 weeks through 3rd grade, with a special Christmas experience created just for them.

  • What should I wear?

Come as you are—casual, festive, or anything comfortable for you.

  • How long is the service?

Our service is about 60 minutes.

  • Where do I park?

Our parking team will guide you to an open spot as soon as you arrive. If you’re new or need handicap assistance, simply turn on your hazard lights and our team will make sure you’re directed to the best available parking.
