What Crew Leaders Do
Being a Crew Leader isn’t about being a Bible expert—it’s about being a guide, facilitator, and shepherd who helps people grow in community and faith.
As a Crew Leader, you’ll:
- Host or lead your Crew weekly
- Use the sermon-based discussion guide
- Care for your people (follow up, pray, check in)
- Make space for spiritual growth and genuine connection
- Encourage and empower others to lead over time
What Happens in a Crew
Each Crew follows four simple rhythms every week to build connection, grow in faith, care for each other, and serve together in real, practical ways.
- SHARE – Make space for real, honest connection.
- STUDY – Open God’s Word and let it shape us.
- SUPPORT – Pray, encourage, challenge, and care for one another.
- SERVE – Make a difference together in our neighborhoods and city.
