At Echoes, Crews are disciple-making communities where people are known, cared for, and encouraged as they follow Jesus together.
A Crew is a team on mission, focused on relationships that strengthen people to echo the life of Jesus, reach others, and multiply that life through community. Crews consist of 8–14 people and gather during two 12-week seasons each year, creating intentional spaces for discipleship, care, and growth
Life was never meant to be lived alone.
While weekend services are important, many of the deepest relationships and greatest moments of spiritual growth happen through consistent community.
In a Crew, you'll find people who know you, pray for you, encourage you, and walk alongside you as you follow Jesus.
Life change happens best in community. Crews are how we follow Jesus, together.

Crews gather during two semesters each year: Spring and Fall.
The Spring Semester launches in February, and the Fall Semester launches in August. Each season provides an intentional opportunity to build relationships, grow spiritually, and engage in community together.
Each Crew season runs approximately 12 weeks.
At the end of the season, leaders and members are encouraged to celebrate what God has done, identify next steps, and prepare for the next season of Crews.
Crews meet wherever real life happens.
Most Crews gather in homes, while others meet in coffee shops, restaurants, parks, or other welcoming environments throughout the community.
Every Crew follows a simple weekly rhythm focused on:
Together, people build relationships, process God's Word, take steps of obedience, encourage one another, and live on mission together.
The goal is not simply discussion, the goal is transformation.
Yes. We offer a variety of Crews based on season of life, life stage, and shared experiences. This may include:
Our goal is to help people find a community where they can build meaningful relationships, grow in their faith, and take next steps with Jesus.
Because life was never meant to be lived alone.
Crews are one of the primary places where discipleship and care happen at Echoes. They provide opportunities to build meaningful relationships, receive support, grow in your faith, and take next steps with Jesus alongside others.
Transformation happens best through consistent community over time.
We understand that life happens.
While no one can attend every gathering, we encourage people to engage as consistently as possible. Trust, relationships, and spiritual growth are built over time, and consistency helps create the kind of community where people can truly be known and supported.
Every Crew is different. Each Crew will indicate one of the following:
Children Welcome - Kids are welcome and included in the gathering.
Childcare Provided - Designated childcare is available for Crew members' children.
Adults Only - Outside childcare arrangements are needed.

Crew Leaders help people be known, grow in their faith, live on mission, and take meaningful next steps with Jesus.
You don't need to have all the answers—just a heart for people and a desire to help others follow Jesus.
If you're interested in leading a Crew, we'd love to help you take your next step.
